If at any time in the next 90 days, you are NOT 100% satisfied with your purchase, We will provide you with a printable return shipping label,You don’t have to pay for return shipping,All you have to do is print it off,box up the item, and drop it off at your nearest UPS store,Once we receive the return, we will process the refund within 24 hours,Refunds will be credited to your account within 5-10 business days

Cancel order:
We support order cancellation before delivery. If you want to cancel the order, you can log in to your order payment channel to apply for a refund, such as: PayPal, 2Checkout, or contact us support@kaimtoys.com and online customer service. We will process your refund within 24 hours.
After the refund application is approved, it will generally be returned to your account within 24 hours, and it may take up to 5-10 working days to receive it. If you do not receive the refund, please contact us support@kaimtoys.com. We will respond within 24 hours.
Errors, Defects, or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that we've made an error with your order or a product is defective or damaged in shipping, please email us at support@kaimtoys.com so that we can make it right! If a product is found to be defective, we may have a replacement shipped direct from the manufacturer, so it's important that you contact us first before returning it.Customers do not need to bear any costs
Orders Outside of the 48 Contiguous United States or remote areas of other countries
Unfortunately, if you are located outside of the 48 contiguous United States or remote areas of other countries, we cannot provide a return shipping label for any returns due to the higher cost of shipping. We will still accept the return, however, shipping the item(s) will be the customer's responsibility.
